University Energy Research Center, Arcata, California.  This 7,000 SF research center on the Humboldt State University campus uses the campus Mediterranean language in a modern building.  The view from above, the most common view to this building, from above, arranges the fuel cell laboratory on two levels as interlocking courtyard structures.
