Workstation Re-Fabrication

We took our prototyping capabilities to a new level by challenging a well known Nowthwest-based technology company to re-use their obsolete cubicles.  Essentially a re-fabricated work unit using most of the existing components, each workstation conserves 576 lbs of finished materials and 1,500 kWh equivalent production energy, eliminating 1.4 metric tons of carbon that would be emitted by the manufacture of a completely new station.  The new components manufactured for the station, such as the new fabric, have 100% recycled content.

Their original environment was a gross, un-inspiring place that has been made fun of by many, including an un-named comedian with a funny hair style who used to work at NBC.  We made their new environment cool without all that pesky carbon emission.  Unfortunately, they got conservative and decided it wasn't in their best interest.  We beg to differ...
